Kayak & Food combines navigation along the Punta Manara promontory with a convivial moment made of typical Liuria products. It is the perfect experience for those who believe that knowing a place also means tasting and savoring it.

The first part follows the format of the classic kayak tour: briefing, departure from the base of Stai Fuori, guided navigation along the cliffs. The GAE guide talks about the coast — the geology, the flora, the local stories — as the group paddles among hidden coves and crystal-clear waters.

After sailing, however, the day takes a different turn. At a panoramic point or directly on the beach, the guide prepares a curated tasting of local food and wine excellences. Focaccia, extra virgin olive oil, inland cheeses, wine from small producers: every taste is a piece of our territory.
